 One of the first stages will be the reconstruction of the varyag. The majority of the weapon mounts will be replaced with room for aircraft. A small number of anti air missiles and CIWs will be put on. This will raise the ships air capability from 40 to 66. It will be recommisioned as the PLAN Chairman Mao.
