Station, Vorn System The team lands at a hatch. Valrek opens it, finding himself with a weapon in his face. It was a member of Patton's team. "I'd like it if u would remove that weapon from my head." Valrek says as he stands up slowly. Joshua, Foss, Revast and the Borg escort come out of the small jefferies tube. The guy removes the weapon seeing friendly. Foss issues orders for the Borg to take up defensive positions. "Admiral, I am now on my mobile emitter. The Jammer is effecting more than just communications." Joshua says looking around. |

Delta One Space Satisfied that the message was received by Delta One, Talamaeus looked at Rikkura with a snide smile. "I'd say yes, but we don't have clearance. Sorry Babe." she said in reply. Yakurei opened a channel to Admiral Sheridan. "Admiral Sheridan, this is Yakurei, A.I.I.I. of the Razorback. Requesting permission for a pre-emptive ambush on the incoming hostile contacts." |

While en-route to Delta 1, Captain Eisenhower convenes a conference with the Captain's of each of the 6 star ships in the battle group to discuss strategy for what possibly may be another intense battle. The group had three major concerns. Of chief concern of all Captain's was Madam X's ships and the new energy beam and enhanced shields. The secondary concern was were thee installed in any Dominion ships. And lastly, if so, how the devil will they combat them. All agreed, that head on attacks were suicide. The discussion turned to possible plans of attack when..... "Bridge to Captain Eisenhower." "Eisenhower, go ahead Price." "Sir, the Kirk reports several sensor ghost echoes six thousand kilometers off their starboard bow. At this speed they are rapidly overtaking the sensor ghosts" explained Price. "Have the battle group slow to estimated speed of ghosts. We want to overtake them slowly" ordered Eisenhower. "Aye Aye Sir" replied Price. "Ladies and gentlemen, I suggest you return to your ships. Once there, review with your battle staff the situation and get back to me on your suggestions. I suggest once back you raise shields and be prepared for anything. I don't have to tell you the hazards of popping into a fleet of cloaked ships. So let's all be careful out there" stated Eisenhower. His last comment got the grins and chuckles he expected. Eisenhower said his good-byes and with that the conference broke up with the star ship Captains proceeded to the transporter and Eisenhower tot he bridge. As Eisenhower entered the bridge, T'Espera, who had been sitting in the Captain's chair, rose. Eisenhower waved her over to the science station. "T'Espera what do you make of these echoes? Are they cloaked ships and how can we effectively ID them?" asked Eisenhower. "Captain, as you are aware, a tachyon net would be the most effective. This would require us to be ahead of this group. That however would place the battle group potentially between to hostile forces. Not an enviable position. This would also require use to either proceed directly through the ghost area or around it. The potential of collision should we attempt to is a risk not to be taken lightly." replied T'Espera. Eisenhower waved his hand in a give me more motion. He knew that although Vulcan, T'Espera had a flare for the dramatic. "Well Sir, logic dictates that the best course of action is to follow this group and slowly over take them. We must assume that they know we are here and are hoping that we will slip ahead of them. As for confirming if these ghosts are in fact cloaked ships, I suggest that we target ahead of each ghost with phasers. There appears to be 18 to 20 distinct echoes. We can target the area ahead of their projected path in hopes of highlighting them. We must be prepared to immediately concentrate fire on that area. All this is of course on the premise that these are hostile ships." T'Espera flatly stated. "I am sure they are hostile T'Espera. If they were allied, since as you said they are bound to know we are here, they would identify themselves" replied Eisenhower. "That's a very logical assumption Captain." "Thank you. Prepare the plan you outlined and lets be ready to execute it once we are within a thousand kilometers. Also notify the group as to our plan. I do not want to miss anyone and have them decloak behind us." Eisenhower walked to his chair, sat down and activated the ship wide communicator. Attention all hands, this is the Captain. We are approaching an area that contains what may be cloaked hostile ships. We are not going to red alert at this time as I do not want to, if these are hostile ships, give them any idea that we are aware of their presence. All personnel should report to your red alert stations and be prepared for hostile action at any time. So far you and our ship have lived up to its name sake... Nimitz. I am confident that all of us will do our best. Eisenhower out." Well so much for the pep talk thought Eisenhower.

USS Phoenix Tyr looked to Captain Elric, "Well Captain I will leave you to running your ship, I have reports to file." Comments Tyr as he makes his way for the door and heads back to his office, while on his way his PADD beeps with an incoming message, he reads it then forms his response. Mr Draven you are cleared for a closer look, try to ID them if they ignore you and shot at you wax em, if they respond in a peaceful manner or just plain ignore you and you still remain concerned follow em and get more detail. USS Pheonix. Everyone left the ready room and Draco headed back to the bridge to take the next course of action. Considering the Admiral just left the ship he couldn't leave the area until he was back. Draco walked onto the bridge just as The Nimitz's message was coming through. "Sir priority one message from the Nimitz coming through." "On screen." Draco said flatly. Captain what can I do for you? Draco said taking his seat.

Eisenhower decided to skip the amenities as what he had to say was urgent. "Captain, first an update for you. All Dominion ships that we were in pursuit are either destroyed or clear of the quadrant. While we destroyed several ships, we had disabled several more. Those that were disabled however chose to self destruct as opposed to being captured. The remaining two ships departed the area at maximum warp. We followed until clear of the quadrant. More pressing is that our long range sensors have been picking up continuous ghost echoes at extreme long range. The Surak and Kirk also experienced the same ghosts. There appeared to be a definite track to them directly towards Delta One. We were unable to determine an approximate number. My battle group is en-route to Delta One at this time. However, we have come upon a second cluster of ghost echoes directly along our course. We have slowed to just above their estimated speed so that we have a slow closure rate. We believe there to be between 18-25 cloaked ships in this cluster. Their course is also direct towards Delta One. For now, my plan is slowly approach within 1000 Kilometers then match speeds until we get to Delta One in hopes we can trap this force and the other cloaked ships between the battle group at Delta One and this one. Lastly, I need to speak directly to Admiral Valrek at his earliest convenience. It is most urgent. I am concerned that if any of these cloaked ships have the new weaponry and or shields that Madam X's ship did, we could lose a significant portion of the fleet before even being able to react. Especially if they can fire immediately upon de-cloaking. I am sure you can see the risk in that. Since we already know our weapons and shields are essentially useless against these new ones, I plan to ask the Admiral to assign an SSD fighter squadron to the Nimitz battle group. I would appreciate your passing this request on the the Admiral soonest. Unless you have some new intellegence or a different strategy, I plan on continuing with the operation as outlined previously.

Korak was left in command of the command center, still adjusting to his human body. Ensign Thomas Watson said, "Captain, we are detecting a large number of sensor ghosts headed right for us." Kevin Korak (as he was going by as a human) said, "Open a channel to the Nimitz and the Phoenix." Once both Captains appeared on the Screen Korak said, "This is Fleet Captain Kevin Korak, Chief Quadrant Strategic Operations Officer, the science officer has discovered a large number of scensor ghosts, which I am curious about and was wondering IF you had detected them as well, and if I should concern myself with them and heighten the stations alert level although it can't go much higher now?" |

FEDERATION STATION VORN SYSTEM RESIDENTIAL RING Heckroth who had been standing nearby, patientlyh waiting for whatever gameplan the field marshal came up with notices the new arrivals and silently stands in a corner with her team minus the two pilots of her kind. She doesnt speak, not really having anything to say. she silently cheks her weapons energy reserves and ammo loadouts she's down to her last two mags for the Feüerfrex and three for her sidearm. She holsters the pistol and holds the rifle at the low ready stance looking around, eyes cold and angry, she would take pleasure in killing as many Dominion troops as she could to avenge her friend's death. She checks the combat knife sheathed to her belt and resheathes it before turning to her superiors. "Whatever's decided, I respectfully resquest that I not be prevented from ending as many of these Dominion scum as I can, Eritrean blood has been spilled on this day, a very close friend of mine." |

"If you wanted to take a vacation you could have at least told someone. Bring back any souvenirs? He says jokingly with a smile. "Glad to have you back. Ready to fight? Take second squad here, go up the left side of the corridor and search for and straggling civilians. I'll do the same to the right. Here, take these tags. They act as a priority transporter beacon for whoever they're attached to. Just pin them to whoever you want to beam out in a hurry and the Valkyrie will take care of the rest." Vincent says handing him a handful of small metallic comm badge sized pins. "We have the source of a jamming signal up ahead about four intersections." |

FEDERATION STATION VORN SYSTEM RESIDENTIAL RING Two squad of starfleet marines in full battle gear led by Captain Amy Williams, Vice Admiral Sheridan's Head of Security moving at double time see the flag officers and stops she hears Colonel Heckroth, "I am sorry for your loss Colonel, but you will get your chance more foe lay ahead, two more squads are moving to cut them off so we can close in and finish them off, I will lead my men and take out the jamming." says Williams as she signals her men to move out, the run full out while yelling a war cry then Amy grabs two anti-personal grenades when in sight of the jamming and sees only two Jem'Hader and lobs them down towards them and their gear while her marines take cover and she yells "FIRE IN THE HOLE" the two Jem'Hader hear them hit the ground and look up at her and have enough time to exchange dumbfounded looks as the grenades blow Amy has her back to the explosion and hits the deck as bodyparts, blood and chunks of jamming gear fly in all directions and some shrapnel bounces harmlessly off her armor after the dust settles a bit she gets up lifts the visor on her helmet and takes a deep breath and sees that communications has been restored and over the com-link "I Love the smell of dead Jem'Hader, OH and if anyone cares Coms are back up, Marines move out." and the two squads start to move out Edited by Tyr Sheridan, 24 Dec 2011, 11:35 AM.

"Nimitz, Eisenhower here. Captain we have been and are tracking numerous ghost echoes within about 6000 kilometers of the your location as well as a group approximately 1000 kilometers ahead of my battle group. We are convinced, due to the nature of the "tracks" of these ghosts that they are cloaked ships. Additionally since they have not identified themselves we can only assume that they have hostile intent. Current plans for the Nimitz battle group is to follow the ghost group ahead of us to their destination, which appears to be Delta One and see what they do. I would suggest to the extent possible, placing any allied forces you have around the ghosts nearest to you as well as between the ghosts and you. Nimitz, standing by" replied Eisenhower.

"Thank you Captain Korak. I look forward to it and yIghoSDo' my friend. Eisenhower, out." "Mr. Price, contact the Aquarens and advise them of our plans. I want a coordinated attack. Lets coordinate our actions with them" ordered Eisenhower. "Yes Sir" replied Price. T'Espara approaches Eisenhower's chair, "Captain, may I suggest that we expand the battle group spacing so that we essentially form a semi-circle around the ghosts ahead of us. This should enable us, at the right time to initiate a tachyon net that may enable us to highlight the cloaked ships easier than using phasers." "Good thinking T'Espara. Make it so. But I want the expansion done slowly so that it is not readily apparent what we are doing. Right now it appears they don't know we are on to them and I want to keep it that way until we arrive at Delta One or they show their hand" replied Eisenhower. T'Espara nodded and moved to her station to communicate the plans to the battle group. All things considered, we are as prepared as we will ever be, thought Eisenhower. |

FEDERATION STATION VORN SYSTEM RESIDENTIAL RING Heckroth nods and smirks, activating her headsets tacvisor, the visor deploys over her eyes and its HUD with ERS activates as she casually walks towards the ne@t junction, tails swaying as she unhooks an Eritrean Grenade from her tecvest and unpins it. "Nice work captain, now its my turn!" Her ERS picks up the silhouettes of six Jem'hadar headed their way, she tosses the grenade, it bounces on the deck then springs up to the head height of the first two, detonating in a furious billowing purple/red plasma blast, incinerating the first two troops and sending the four others flying back on their collective asses. "Oops. Missed a few." She grins evilly as she dashes down the hallway, leaping and kicking off the right wall, doing a sideflip as she looses three shot burst and disruptor bolt fire from her KR-38 Assault rifle, the combined fire searing flesh and tearing muscle and bone on the chests and faces of the second two Jem'Hadar, the laszt two get up and try raising their weapons but she lands in between them, doing a full sweep kick, sending them falling again as she unholsters her sidearm and fires a shot into the throat of one as she slams his head into the plating the solid shot combined with an energy bolt pulverises and sears his head innards and send bits splattering on the deck, she then unsheaths her knife and kills the second by severing his brain from his body with it. She then calmly stands, holstering her pistol, sheathing her knife and holds her assault rifle at the low ready position, tails swaying. "Section clear, continuing extermination sweep." |

(O.O.C.: Sorry I've been slow to respond. No interwebz at home.) Yakurei relayed the message from Tyr to Talamaeus and Rikkura, and they moved into a following pattern. Talamaeus hailed what looked like the lead vessel, got some sort of scrambled response transmission with a distorted, noisy image, and weapons fired somewhat in their direction, but way off target. "Your loss." Rikkura stated in a folloing transmission, and moved into an aggressive position and opened fire where the ship was shown on sensors and snapped it out of whatever cloaking technology they were running. She decloaked the Razorback, heard multiple panicked transmission about what Rei guessed was a general panic over the unusual design, sensor capability, and weapons as the first vessel went critical, lost steering control, and smashed into two other cruisers causing three simultaneous explosive decompressions. "Nice one Firefly!" Tal exclaimed, as the Razorback's small size proved advantageous. He switched tuning to the high speed assault setting they had made before launching, causing most shots fired at them to strike other ships in the enemy fleet. "Draven to Admiral Sheridan. they aren't friendly. Look at this footage, you might get a laugh." Tal chuckled into the commlink as Rikkura continued to make the ships essentially destroy each other. The massive circle of red blips on radar continued to close in on Delta 1, but the numbers, although not by much, started dropping. They still had to fly through the ENTIRE colossal fleet, but were dealing damage to whatever they could hit, or make crash, or shoot at each other trying to hit the small ship. |

USS Phoenix Sheridan's Office Tyr got off the lift near his office and walked up to the door and nodded to the marines and walked in, Gunny Galindez nodded "Sir." he says not bothering to get up having worked with Tyr for a very long time thus Hector received slack with things like saluting or standing up on account of saving Sheridan's hide several times among other things and Tyr was not as formal an officer as other Naval Flag officers and Tyr was a Marine in training and fact till he was given this command and as far as the Gunny was concerned Tyr was still a marine. Tyr looks at Galindez, "Hector, Col Revast has resumed his post as Valrek's guard so I am thinking you and the boys got your selves sent out to this turd blrup section of the galaxy cause one you missed me, two cause the action seems to be out here and three cause well I do need a staff." he asks and states. Hector smiles "Well that is good to hear that the Admiral is home, as for or other thought you answered your own question, you have a habit of doing that sir." Hector says with a friendly tone with a New Mexico accent, as he picked up his lone PADD and motioned for Master Sergeant Vrek a hulking somewhat tanned, if you call off white rather than deathly pale white, Reman who makes Klingons look small, taps a few commands in to his PADD and the desk and chair reform to fit him, As Sheridan and Galindez walk in to his inner office and the door slides closed, the Gunny taps a commands and plays Tal's message then boots up the real time fleet tactical network and locks on to Tal's feed, while laughing the whole time. |

FEDERATION STATION VORN SYSTEM HABITATION RING Heckroth continues her mvoement, giving hand signal orders to the marines following her for standard Search and Destroy deployment tactics with maximum interchangeable cover positions and rapid movement options, every one of which is optionised and highlighted on her ERS Heads Up Display. The movement is methodical and not a single Jem'hadar has been able to escape her wrath. EIFS HECKROTH BRIDGE Thanatos observes the goings on, the area here was simply now going through a mop up operation, Mobilesuit, variable fighter and Starfighter squadrons were effectively sweeping the area and driving off or neutralising the remnants of the Dominion taskforce, he has been receiving information on whats going on around Delta 1 and is shure the Two Heavy Destroyers he left behind were doing their job. EIFS DANZIG BRIDGE Captain Morgenstern chuckles, watching the strange little craft cause so much havoc in the unknown ship lines. He turns to his helmsman."Helm, signal the Taratane to follow, we'll give that little ship some support, theyre doing admirably on their own but i believe some backup wouldn't be unwelcome." The helmsman sets a crouse and punches it as he looks to tactical."Tactical, prepare a full missile and torpedo barrage, the moment any one of their ships is hit in any way, target lock it, transfer the info to the Taratane and have them combine their missiles wand torpedoes with ours. Fire at will once multi lock is achieved." The tactical officer gets to work as the signals officer contacts the Taratane. Morgenstern, a grizzeld veteran of many wars, is a seven tailed Snow type, his white furr not showing much age, but hsi demeanor and the large scar over his left eye were possible indicators, aswel as his tails. He turns to the Comms officer. "Open a Channel to that ship." AS the two massive Eritrean Destroyers move out, missiles firing from launch ports and tubes blasting torpedo fire in a nearly constant hail at the ennemy ships, adding to the general anarchy caused by the Tallanite Corvette, the comms officer turns to Morgenstern."Channel open sir." Morgenstern nods. This is the Eritrean Imperial Forces Ship Danzig to the small craft causing mayehm in the ennemy ship,s ranks, we are giving you some backup, keep doing as youa re and we will mop up after you.

Delta 1 Captain Korak, still in the Delta 1 command chair said, ""Computer, heighten us to maximum battle alert, discontinue attempts to contact the Phoenix. Aquaren Battlecruiser 1 The Primary Commander of the Aquaren Battle-fleet sat in his command chair watching the sensor ghosts that the Nimitz had brought their attention to. He rubbed his alien beard and said, "They seem to be un-phased by our current formation." The Aquaren ships were at their highest battle alert, and were in the standard Aquaren formation for defending a space station. The Aquaren Commander then said, "Tell the ships with the capability to ready their electro-pulse cannons, we should do what we can to drain their power as quickly as possible." The Electro pulse cannon was designed to use extremely powerful magnets to generate a large electro-magnetic pulse that was capable of making most early 24th century Romulan warbirds completely without power, and often severely reduced the power that most ships had. |
