This team is the first team ive made since the Bl/uu switch and basically i just put some Bl's that ive always wanted to use together plus a good old steelix. This team is doing great and continues to climb but i want a second opinion on it. Anyway on we go. Roserade Natural Cure Timid Black Sludge 252 hp/ 252 speed/ 6 special attack Sludge Bomb Leech Seed Substitute Spikes Best lead i think since froslass is banned. Most people expect sleep powder so on first turn i sub then leech seed stall or spikes. Sludge ball over anything else for grass types that resist leech seed. Hp for i don't even know but its been working out. The HP does let me live ice beams, iron heads, and better defense for shaymin. Steelix Sturdy Impish Leftovers 252 hp/ 200 special defense/ 58 attack Earthquake Explosion Stealth Rock Roar Standard Steelix except a little more Special defense evs. Explosion over gyro ball because its more handy at crucial times plus gyro ball sucks against registeel and umbreon. although it can hit mismagius but usually i roar them a way or switch to its killer... Honchkrow Insominia Adamant Choice Band 252 attack/ 204 speed/ 54 hp Drill peck pursuit Sucker punch Superpower This guy is one guy i really wanted to try out. it's not as cool as absol but still. My Main Mismagius switch in and if it tricks its screwed and i'm not 2 hko by hidden power fighting. its a good all around pokemon with a choice band- max attack drill peck or sucker punch will hurt a lot. Although i haven't used suckerpunch the most. I'm always afraid they will think im choice banded or scarfed. I use as a absolute last resort. Blaziken Blaze Hasty Choice Scarf 220 special attack/ 212 speed/ 76 attack Fire Blast Super Power Hidden Power Electric Vacuum wave My revenge killer and usual sweeper behind another poke about to come. It's standard evs but not moveset. I like vaccuum wave but i wish i could fit in Thunderpunch and HP Ice. Oh well, This has been working well. Once slowbros are gone this guy usually sweeps unless they have priority and im stuck on fire blast or super power etc. Milotic Marvel Scale Bold Leftovers 148 Hp/ 252 Def/ 108 special Defense Surf Toxic Rest Sleep-Talk My Status Absorber and All around Tank (mainly special.) Toxic staller standard except special defense evs instead of special attack for extra bulkiness. My Scarf Typhlosion Counter and all fire type counter except magmortar and others. Best UU wall period. although i saw a rest sleep talk waterfall return Azumarill i want to try, but for now ill settle with her Mismagius Levitate Timid Leftovers 252 speed/ 252 special attack/ 6 hp Substitute Calm Mind Shadow Ball Hidden Power Fighting The best special UU sweeper in the game. easily sets up with multiple resistances and immunities. Sets up on Chancy and Milotics, two common speical walls. One or two calm minds is easily enough to sweep especially with base 105 speed and special attack. Hidden power fighting and shadow ball hit everything neutral Thats the team. My team is currently ranked 5th on the UU ladder and i hope to reach higher before i retire the team. Thanks for the comments and Critisisms. I wish i could fit shedinja on here. but rapid spinners are too much work |

This team is the first team ive made since the Bl/uu switch and basically i just put some Bl's that ive always wanted to use together plus a good old steelix. This team is doing great and continues to climb but i want a second opinion on it. Anyway on we go. Roserade Natural Cure Timid Black Sludge 252 hp/ 252 speed/ 6 special attack Sludge Bomb Leech Seed Substitute Spikes I think Sash Rade with Max Special Attack over HP is better. However, your spread can be used, but maybe consider Rest / Leech Seed, Sludge Bomb, Sleep Powder, Spikes? Best lead i think since froslass is banned. Most people expect sleep powder so on first turn i sub then leech seed stall or spikes. Sludge ball over anything else for grass types that resist leech seed. Hp for i don't even know but its been working out. The HP does let me live ice beams, iron heads, and better defense for shaymin. Although i haven't used suckerpunch the most. I'm always afraid they will think im choice banded or scarfed. I use as a absolute last resort. The whole point of using Mage is his ability to mix attacks and 2HKO nearly everything. I think CB Absol outclasses Mage as a CB Pursuiter though. I'd go for the standard Mix LO Set IMO. Blaziken Blaze Hasty Choice Scarf 220 special attack/ 212 speed/ 76 attack Fire Blast Super Power Hidden Power Electric Vacuum wave Seems good. My revenge killer and usual sweeper behind another poke about to come. It's standard evs but not moveset. I like vaccuum wave but i wish i could fit in Thunderpunch and HP Ice. Oh well, This has been working well. Once slowbros are gone this guy usually sweeps unless they have priority and im stuck on fire blast or super power etc. Milotic Marvel Scale Bold Leftovers 148 Hp/ 252 Def/ 108 special Defense Surf Toxic Rest Sleep-Talk Again, seems good. However, maybe try less defense, or just enough to hit 250 def, and give him a calm nature. It's all around better since you get more points out of the EVs. Also, make sure you hit 384 HP, and dump the rest into special defence. That way, you get max hp recovery, and still have a pretty bulky Milo. My Status Absorber and All around Tank (mainly special.) Toxic staller standard except special defense evs instead of special attack for extra bulkiness. Hidden power fighting and shadow ball hit everything neutral How's this guy working for you? i personally never liked him since he gets beaten one on one by most Spiritiomb, and he's pretty pursuit bait for a good CB Pursuiter not weak to fight. E.G. Skuntank, Drapion or even the rare CB Pursuit Krow. |

thanks ace, i really like that roserade because it can stall/ set up very easily although less hp means i can gain more recovery. I only put hp because i can block uxies uturn with my sub still intact. Honckrow is my absol and i only chose honchkrow because its something ive never used before since its new uu. I might replace absol over honchkrow though. If i ever play with again. The life orb set is not for me, i don't have a spinner and once i attack thats 35% gone with stealth rocks. ABsol is better in attack and maybe speed, i don't know. I do like the earthquake immunity though. I stopped playing with this team anyways, it was just something for me to perfect and post for people to look at. |

it looks like a very solid team all together but how do you deal with Life Orb Shaymin. It completely destroys this team out speeding 4/6 pokes and scoring super effective hits (judging by the usual Rest/synthesis, seed flare, air slash, earth power) on another 4/6. Plus shaymins are very common in UU but congrats on getting to the leader board. |

Thanks Iris and i know im shaymin weak. Only Lo shaymins give me real trouble because roserade beats bulky ones and steelix walls SD ones. I usually just switch around till Life Orb wears it down to where i can kill it or switch to Honchkrow, blaziken or explode with steelix. I have no real counter, just a way around it. Also shaymins easier to take down after spikes and sr which might be up for me. |
