Hi,
I keep getting the message "You are unable to access content" on Iron Banner and Crucible. I have an Xbox Live Gold subscription through March 3rd of this year. I tried the multiplayer feature on DAI and apparently has no problem letting me play there online multiplayer. But D2 refuses to acknowledge I have Xbox Live Gold.
I have tried clearing my cache and that didn't help. I don't want to delete my account and reinstall it to lose all my progress?

Please help.
