Tokyo, formally Tokyo Metropolis, is one of the 47 prefectures of Japan. Located on the eastern side of the main island Honshû. Tokyo is the de facto capital of Japan. The twenty-three special wards of Tokyo, although each administratively a city in its own right, constitute the area informally considered as the "city of Tokyo" and are collectively one of the largest cities in the world with a total population of over 8 million people. The total population of the prefecture exceeds 12 million. There are many territories to control here, but the one to watch out for most is the up and coming Kogarasumaru led by Ikki Minami.

Kyoto is a city in the central part of the island of Honshû, Japan. It has a population close to 1.5 million. Formerly the imperial capital of Japan, it is now the capital of Kyoto Prefecture, as well as a major part of the Osaka-Kobe-Kyoto metropolitan area.
