The following positions are currently being offered at AdHaven:

Supervisors -- Supervisors are in place here at AdHaven to ensure your experience here is as pleasant as possible. Supervisors dedicate their time to handling member issues and inquires, whilst also keeping the entire board clean and tidy. [Two Positions Vacant]

Services Staff -- The AdHaven Services Staff are in-charge of the AdHaven Services Section. AdHaven Services Staff will handle all Service Queries and will offer support and suggestions to those who require it. The team will also maintain the Services Section by ensuring it's active and clean. [Two Positions Vacant]

Community Staff -- AdHaven Community Staff will ensure that the community at AdHaven is running smoothing whilst assisting members with any problems that arise. The AdHaven Community Staff will control the AdHaven Community Section by ensuring that members are enjoying themselves, making sure the Section is active and clean and catering the community with care. AdHaven Grand Opening!

Welcome to AdHaven, and thanks for becoming apart of our growing community! It's finally arrived; the AdHaven Grand Opening Day, and we're now officially open for business! Today, on the 9th of August 2008, AdHaven has officially opened and is now eagerly welcoming the InvisionFree and ZetaBoard Communities to register and utilize our great services!

AdHaven is not only an Advertisement Board - we offer other services such as Software Support (for both InvisionFree and ZetaBoards) as well as Employment Relations! Further more, our community is becoming increasingly popular as for our substantial community benefits, such as an exclusive Marketplace and other great forums for you to relax and chat with other AdHaven users.

Here at AdHaven, it's in our best interest to serving our community with top notch services for their boards and communities. AdHaven currently offers numerous services which are outlined below:

• Advertising Opportunities. AdHaven has established multi topic advertising for boards to increase their activity substantially. From topic advertising to banner advertisements, it's all located within The Billboard.
  
• Software Support. As to some the InvisionFree and ZetaBoards may be confusing, so we're offering support to our community for any problems and questions they have regarding the use of their board. Questions will be investigated and answered by our dedicated staff team. If you have a question or simply want to check out our Support System, you can visit it here!
  
• Employment Relations. What's a great community without staff? AdHaven has devised an Employment Relations system for our community to use to search and find the appropriate staff team for their board. As well as that, members may also offer their services by looking for work and submitting a resume by employers to read and potentially hire! You can visit the Employment Section here!
  
• The Marketplace. AdHaven offers an efficient rewards system to support the our dedicated community members. Haven Dollars are awarded not only for your post contribution, but competition entries and winnings as well as prize awards and support certificates. Advertisement Haven Forum Terms of Service

1. TOS Introduction

Advertisement Haven Terms of Service were written for the use of Advertisement Haven. These may not be edited / re-used / recopied / utilized in any form of way without permission from Advertisement Haven. All members (including guests) must read and abide by the TOS, and acknowledge that failing to or breaching the TOS will result in an indefinite punishment, where legal action may be taken upon the accused party. All members must be of 13 years of age or more to register at Advertisement Haven. Advertisement Haven supports the COPPA and will enforce it throughout the forums. Breaching this act will result in an immediate suspension until you retain the correct age.



2. Administration

Advertisement Haven has a sufficient Administration Team set up to ensure a smooth and safe community. Administration reserves the right to add / remove / edit / delete any content and / or users to their discretion. Administration takes no responsibility for any damage / theft caused to any members property.



3. General Forum Use

Advertisement Haven is a safe community that all members are welcome to explore and enjoy. Therefore, the following guidelines are enforce to protect the safety of the members and staff of Advertisement Haven:

Prohibited Content – Which can include content that is not suitable for younger ages, breaches our TOS guidelines, does not comply with the InvisionFree and / or ZetaBoards Regulations, content which may infringe upon any users rights, excessive amounts of profanity, harmful computer hardware and the discussion of any online illegal content, such as serial codes and ROMs.

Common Courtesy – Respect each and everyone of Advertisement Haven's Members. Treat them with respect as you would like to be treated in return.

Forum Use – Prohibits spamming, flaming other members, using multiple accounts, avoiding punishments and abuse of rights.



4. Third-Party Regulations

Advertisement Haven wishes to inform all members that upon clicking a link within the forums, no responsibility is taken for any actions performed at the source of the link. While the staff at Advertisement Haven will ensure all the third-party links are safe, the decision lays within the hands of the user.



5. Signature / Avatar Regulations

Members at Advertisement Haven are provided with the option of having their own Signature and / or Avatar. These must not success Strength in Numbers Restrictions, which are currently set to 150 x 150 pixels (Avatars) and Signatures must not exceed 1500 characters. Breaching this rule will result in the removal of the content without any warning.



6. Name Changing Guidelines

Advertisement Haven supports member name change requests, upon complying with our regulations set out below:
Account must have a warn level of 0.
Account must have been registered 60 days prior.
Account must have 200 posts.
New name must not breach our TOS.

Administration still reserves the right to deny any name changes at anytime, whether they achieve the required guidelines or not. Name changes may be requested via the Preferences Section of a members profile.



7. Punishments

Members who choose to breach the TOS of Advertisement Haven will be punished as seen fit by any member of staff. Punishments may consist of the following:
Warn Increase
Moderation Queues
Disable Account Abilities
Temporary Suspension
Permanent Suspension
IP Suspension




8. TOS Conclusion

Advertisement Haven reserves the right to change the TOS at anytime, without any prior warning. The TOS has been provided to ensure Advertisement Haven is a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.
