Ok, now to explain what to do.
Be sure to ask me, or someone else who has it, for the player's handbook! It's needed.
First little bit, fill in as you please. Make it sensible. You can reference this to see if it is indeed sensible:
Note for Clerics: Deity is very important, be sure to check the book about it.
Talk to me, I'll give you your attribute scores.
Fill in your attributes (strength, dex, etc) in the form of Attribute#,Modifier# EG 10,0
Fill in your alignment, see the player's handbook for details.
Check your race's speed, and then put it in the Speed section, then put your dex modifier in the initiative section.
Check how many skill points your class gets, and spend them. The max amount you can have in a skill is 3+ your level. Be sure to set it up like this: Skill+attribute modifier(skill ranks).
Check your class info for your attack bonus.
Buy some gear, reffer to the Player's Handbook for more infos.
For Health, check your class' base hit die. Add that, and your constitution bonous. Then, have the DM roll that hit die, and add that plus your constitution bonous. Repeat that one more time. (This is because we start at level 3)
Insert your saves, they can be found on your class' section of the handbook.
Put your AC, it's 10 + dex bonus + armor + shield (Note: Some armor limits your dex bonus, be sure to check that.)
Chose your feat (you may get bonus based on your class).
Chose your languages, refer to your race section.
If you are a caster, chose your spells. Refer to the book.

You're done!

Note: A * indicates you can make as many of that field as you need. (EG, multiple attacks, multiple knowledge skills)
