I expect Simpsons to win because it's the oldest, but for me, it is without a doubt South Park. Park and Stone are creative geniuses, who come up with the funniest, sometimes vulgar, storylines. Not only that, but the way they've made fun of the other ones is hilarious, something that Simpsons or Family Guy cannot top.
