Greetings Folks and thank you for being here. Today I'd like to initiate a bit of discussion and feedback on the dueling RPG idea I've had in mind. Manticore's Dojo centers on dueling that includes the use of Force powers. My original intention was to make the game for players with characters from the SITH TRIALS RPG, since those characters already have force powers allocated to them, however, new players to AoD do not have force powers allocated to them, which would technically exclude them from participating....which is something I'd like to avoid. First, I'd like to hear from Sith Trials RPG players. How would you feel about posting your CS including Force powers. Is that too unreasonable a request? For new players with no Force powers allocated, I was thinking of allowing the basic six Force skills. Force Push: level 1 Force Pull: Level 1 Force Speed: Level 1 Force Jump: Level 1 Reflex: Level 1 Sense: Level 1 The score rating and descriptions will all be according to the Sith Trials Force system. Of course, there are a few other points that need addressing, but I'd like to jump start things at this juncture. What say you all? ( comments, questions, criticisms ) :nerd: |

Lord Manticore: Perhaps we could first try a few battles without the use of Force abilities, and see how people's skills lay. Then you could proceed to using Force abilities. For once you add them, we would either have to forgo levels - or seperate beings by them, in order for the battles to be somewhat fair. |
