~Dark Lord Administrator~ Posts: 971 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: Dec 14, 2007	Well, we all come from the Jedi Council Forums which uses Snowboards/IGNBoards. Personally, I am a HUGE fan of the system; if I had the money I would buy them (unfortunately I don't have a couple thousand a month or whatever they have to pay, all I know is it's ridiculously expensive). Anyway, I have owned boards that are very JC like (Hailboards) and loved them. Unfortunately, those are no longer available. These boards here are great to use, and are free. Unfortunately, they aren't that similar to IGNboards. We do have the colored usernames, but that's about it. I can find some ways to make them like IGNBoards, but would you guys want that? Please, let me know. :)

We are hurting ourselves by relocating so much. This should eb our home for a long time.

Sith Council Master Posts: 76 Group: Council Member Member #16 Joined: Mar 27, 2008	Variety is the spice of life. I think this board should have it's own personality. As long as the navigation system is user friendly, then there's nothing really to worry about. Although 'looks' do count for something, the content within the boards is what's most important. No matter how JC-like a board may 'look', if the content is poor, looks can only take it so far and member longevity is sure to suffer. Personally, I like the darker feel of the AoD offsite, for it is a SITH board. Adjustments to the inherent atmosphere of the board will affect member participation one way or the other. That's my two cents. So I vote no, leave it as it is.

It will not be the default theme, and you do NOT have to use it if you don't want to. It will only be there as an option for people. :)
