As some of you may know ACES have been asked to do Paws in the Park this year, as a prelude to that we have been asked to do the Kent County Fair at the Hop Farm. Kent show info Such a huge opportunity to impress and influence the masses, unfortunately it does fall on the next ACES day, the first Bank Holiday Weekend in May :sharpe: The decision to cancel the next ACES day in favour of the opportunity to do the Kent Game Fair wasnt taken lightly but this opportunity really was too good to miss, ACES is doing such great things that we (thats the royal "we" people, all of you guys and girls that attend the days) would be missing the chance to promote athletic dogs. We understand people will be disappointed at the cancellation of the ACES day but the next ACES day is in June and will be a Ch day, did think about rescheduling but there is something on every weekend in May! :Help: Now everyone is welcome and encouraged to join in at the event at the hop farm, we can get in and camp for free if you want to stay over for the weekend. However if you can make it for any of the days then we need you there before 9 to get you in for nothing (I think, double check with Ady) and you have to leave after a certain time also... We really do need to know what hands we have there to help over the weekend, this would make our lives slightly easier. I am definitely camping from the Friday through to the Bank holiday Monday with Lee and Keira, Daemon may suffer withdrawals from the PS3 for a whole weekend so I dont suppose he will be there. I am led to believe that Ady, Sue and kids will be camping for the weekend and Terry too (its Terrys birthday that weekend!!!! ) So who can join us? :mate: Edited by ghostlyease, 21/04/2008 - 06:50 am.

Keeley we want to come but im not allowed to camp all weekend :( we will come Sunday and stay until Monday if we are allowed, or maybe if we dont stay all weekend we wont be able to do just the one night. I will have to have a chat with you or Ade on the phone to make proper arrangements. Not sure about sleeping arrangements either. Gary has a bivvy but not sure we will all fit lol. |

Umm Karen you have replied in Garys account, ooooh im telling admin, naughty, naughty!!! :P Any night and days you can stay or help will be much appreciated, just let us know what ones you can do, its cool... There is a cut off time in the morning that we will be able to get you in for nowt. I am presuming camping will be allowed some nights and not others, double check with Ady. Either way my tent has 4 bedrooms, at the mo its looking like just me, Lee and Keira so we have 2 spare rooms, or we can make the girls share, imagine!!!! ^o) OK, dont, gave me a headache ........................ :D |

We will be taking the BBQ & cooker so it will help loads if we know who is going and we can do dinners and breakfasts but we really need to know beforehand who is going... |

Were coming,not sure about the mut though,she is due her season anytime now. I thought it was the begining of April but obviously not !! I need to learn how to use a pen on a calendar ! Think were coming either Friday night or Sat morn until Sunday night or early Mon morn. Got a football tournament with the boy on Monday so no can do that day !! |

What im gonna do here is put up breakfasts and dinners and those that want feeding at cost by me put your names down and can Admin add them on as they put their names up please... What I plan is to have a right good fry up in the AM for brekki bout 9, then have a dinner once everything is done. ................................................................................................................................. Friday = we gonna get take away, or eat out local, Mc Ds or Kentucky, nothing posh for us, lol.. .................................................................................................................................. Sat breakfast = Keeley, Lee, Keira, Ady, Sue, Becca, Karen, Summer, Terry, Brad, Kelly, baby Brad, baby Kelly, Rich , Toni , Aidan, Callum Sat Dinner = BBQ being supplied by the people at the hop farm for the staff, not sure what the cost of this is ................................................................................................................................... I do need to know how is coming a long and willing to help out so i can get tickets sorted out must be there befor 9 and carnt leave untill finnished. If you want to camp then i need to knowwhat nights as well camping is free as far as i know but we must be quick.

The plan is Karen to have 2 meals a day, seems hard I know but with a belly full of fried brekki in the am hopefully we can last through till dinner time in the evening. I live like this on holiday, its great, all that grease and cholesterol first thing, lol... |
