Just thought we'd share some pictures of our day out (yesterday) @ Clash of the K9s. It was a brilliant day!!! we really enjoyed it and didn't want to leave. Thanks to all that organised this event and well done to all competitors. Didn't get pictures of all the events as we were too busy watching.

No we didn't compete as this was our first time meeting the ACES club and our dog had never done anything like these events before. we didn't take our dogs yesterday as we didn't know what to expect and also didn't want to miss anything. The weather was ok not particularly hot a bit cloudy and quite windy, had now really aggravated my hay-fever it's driving me nuts  :bad:

We're home! Absolutly shattered, all sunburnt and freezing cold...work that one out!! The dogs are curled up TOGETHER which is a first and only got up to be fed! Very busy weekend, the dogs did us proud, they really were fantastic, rising to every challenge they were up against, not just the one day but over the whole weekend. Think we have a new motto (and it only makes sense to the people really really drunk on saturday night)...

....JUST DO IT!!! :yay: And they did!

Ade didnt disapoint either... ;)

Seems its always the quiet ones you have to look out for, isnt that right Terry!!! The partying was a little loud....something to do with Gwain putting the speakers OUTSIDE the tent. Trouble was Gwain and I showed our age by being the only ones that knew the words....and i was in bed at the time!!

Mind you I kept myself amused by cutting peoples hair at the field, Kelly did nails, the henna wouldnt work and Keely still looked fab on 2 1/2 hours sleep! Oh and the lovely Manda managed to lose her frilly yellow knickers!!!! Oh and to top it all off we thought that Jules had died in the night!!!

No still can't remember a thing past 'I'ts raining men'. Good hair cut though, thanks Sue, and the mums up the school thought I had been abroad with my tan. Jools was funny the kids had to walk his dog for him as poor George was busting for a pee. If he had died it would have been a good way to go.

That was too scary, Keira at top volume for 10 mins, enough to wake the dead, just not Jules!!!!
