Ive heard Steve is putting on a show in Bournemouth next month but can not find any info on it, not even his website, I did email him with no reply, has anyone got any further information????

http://www.dotbclub.com/dotb_club_002.htm

I think its being held on the Bank holiday weekend in May the same weekend ACES will be at the Hop Farm. Even tho we cant go obv we will still promote it as we normally do.

Thanks a million Karen im banned from the SACS site so would not have seen it there.

Unsure as to why it isnt on the website or why Steve isnt replying to mails but we will advertise the show as we normally would.

A real shame this has been organised on a day that ACES had been booked to attend another venue for a different event, Clash of the K9s at the Hop Farm, obviously we would normally support the event but are unable to.

Hope the show is a great success and that everyone going has a great day! Had many a good day out at this venue.

It has been done a few times Sue and at the venue in Bournemouth but it sounds good I suppose, its there to draw more of a crowd, so wish them all the luck.

Unfortunately ive also just found out that despite knowing the dates for the year the next Bournemouth Bullbreed bash has been arranged on the same day in Sept as Eds Sporting Dogs Spectacular, there are so few athletic dog shows on in a year its almost unbelievable they have managed to book it on the same day, you would think it would be the last thing anybody would do seeing as their are so few, looks like people will have to choose to do one or the other.

Once i can take for a mistake, but twice is verging on pathetic behaviour!!!!! Is there anyone out there to explain these events being booked on known show days off others?! I doubt it,but why people would deliberately try to undermine any event that portrays our dogs in a good light is beyond me !!!!

i will be coming to eds! i have been to quite a number of eds shows over the years and have always enjoyed them, especially last years as they were out door events and the weather was great and to top it off my misty won best bitch twice and best in show once, also got second in the a-frame. also it will be more interesting now there are a number of new judges! as misty got her two wins under the same judge, so it would be good to get a different opinion, win or lose.

lol Awwwww Pup is gorgeous and I think he would still shine just as he does even if he was purple .......haha a purple dog "oh darling blue dogs are soooo last season" lol

Its a shame people will have to sacrafice one show to attend the other but hey ho s**t happens eh!! Whether the reasoning behind it is spite or just not being able to make an intellectual decision....whos to know, but im sure people will end up making their own decisions and attending the event they want to. Good luck to all those concerned.

I know where I'll be and am very excited about this years doggy calender!

Look forward to seeing all you crazy kids soon!!!! :mate:

A bit sad really, we always attended Mastini's show 'en masse', seems a shame that so many dogs get left out of certain shows lately.
