Thanks Shipley it is a worrying time mind you she has been getting all the attention at home and loves lying looking sad on the sofa but at the vets a different dog jumping up at all the nurses and tail wagging!! Harvey and Skye are working on getting blockages so they can have the attention!!

Was thinking about coming to watch on one of the day but have a few questions could someone please help? Can we bring our dogs with us? Can we just turn up or do we have to book tickets and how much would the entry fee be? Is there a better day to go or are they all pretty much the same?

Why be shy? dont just watch-come and take part-all winners-no loosers-and if you let people know then you can be included in the passes.

You will find ticket info here http://www.kentcountyfair.net

And it would seem most people will be coming on Sunday so that may be the best day to visit but most of us will be there all weekend so any day that suits really.

You can bring dogs and enter them into the fun challenges or enter none at all, totally up to you, come on the day and pay on the gate to enter the county fair, no pre booking necessary.

We will be taking the ACES flag and pole, so you should find us quite easily :hi:

Would love to enter but Charlie is not very confident when it comes to other dogs as he was attacked and totally dominated by another dog when he was only four months old, it left him very nervous of strange dogs but he's slowly becoming more confident with time and we're hoping that having fun around lots of different dogs should help a lot. So we want to get him used to busy environments with other dogs before entering him into anything.

Big reminder for the weekend....while ACES provide brekkie and BBQ (for a small charge) we are not quite as accomadating with the alcohol!!!!! Please remember to bring a bottle or 2! There is a Somerfield just up the road but they are v expensive!

Getting quite excited for the weekend, thought I'd make a banana and choc chip cake to bring with us. Got the choc chips and sugar on the way home from work, turned the oven on, looked for the 'nana's....

.....bloody dogs had eaten them!
