Point spending
Its a simple system. Each player gets 100 points and a populace of 500.
Population grows by 5% each adventure(rounded), plus 25. Pirmary Techs begin at 5 pts, and double for each level. Begins at modern. Each advanced tech multiplies by an extra point, begins with lv5 of the requisites, and is 40% of the previous. Buildings costs 1-1500 pts to build. Ships cost 20 - 5000 pts to build. A new government takes 70 - 500 pts per planet to enact. |
