AB, DL, Daddy etc Daddy My Diaperspace url http://www.diaperspace.com/DaddyCool	I am sending this out as an open invitation to everybody to apply to be a moderator. Being a moderator is not just a title it is a job. In fact more often than not the moderators of a site are the people that keep things active. I am looking to assign moderators to groups of forums, this will then place the responsibility on that person to keep things going. Moderators will not be responsible for banning members and kicking them off the site but I will be asking them for their input if there are problems. I am looking for moderators for the following areas. The Playpen and Arts & Crafts Corner- This can be a baby or a parent. The baby must be well behaved as they will need to lead by example, the title of Milk monitor will be bestowed for babies. Parents will be play leaders. General Discussions- This can be a parent or baby. The moderator will be responsible for all of the forums under the General Discussion banner. Vanilla Life- This can again be a parent or baby. The moderator will be responsible for all forums under the Vanilla Life banner. Super Mod- I will also be assigning a head moderator in the next few weeks. This person will be senior to all moderators and responsible for keeping me up to date with anything that might be happening so ideally this person needs to be a daily visitor and active member. If you would like to apply for any of the above positions then please drop me a PM telling me which section you would like to moderate and what you plan to do with it. I am not asking for an essay just a few points. I will be making the appointments in the next few weeks so the closing date for applications is Monday September 29th.
