"No, the worst that could happen, is that we could both die a horribly agonizing death!" The tall weapon exclaimed, humor evident in his voice, as he gripped just a little tighter, and quickly morphed into his knife form. The first thought that went through Alexanders head as he said this, was 'Wait... We could actually die... hmm.' This thought was also followed quickly by 'Whens the last time I had a partner for longer than a week?' However, these were both overridden by the indescribable feeling, that Alexander got the few times he found someone attuned to his resonance. Not necessarily a good feeling, but it definitely wasn't a bad one either, almost as if a missing piece in a puzzle was replaced. "Well, we're certainly not dead, thats a start." |

"Sad, very sad" said the reader to the writer, "One of the characters in my book died." The writer began to cry, weeping, "I know the feeling... so did mine!" Crazy is what you make it, but how do you craft crazy? Alexander Alexander is stomping on Kishin, one huge ass step at a time. | |

((Sorry for the wait)) Well, he was certainly reassuring. She hadn't thought that they could die. But that was only if their resonances were so far apart that they'd never match. From what little bit that she talked to him, she figured they were at least slightly similar. Takara braced herself as he gripped tighter and morphed, closing her eyes and waiting for an expected burn or shock. But there was nothing. Well it wasn't really nothing. There was the weight in her hand that was the weapon but no pain. She opened her eyes and looked at the dagger, chuckling as she heard him. “That is a start at least.” He was a bit heavy to her, more than a dagger should be, but she knew that was because they're resonances didn't synch up completely. But she still was able to hold him! It was an odd feeling to be holding a demon weapon. Had she ever actually held one that wasn't already partnered with someone? She couldn't remember if she ever had. But she had held daggers before; they were one of her more favored weapons when she trained with her father. It was because they were small and light, meaning they didn't slow her down and could fit in small gabs of defense better than some swords or other weapons could. She experimentally twirled the hilt in her hand and finally smiled a bit. “You're a bit heavy, you might need to lose a few pounds” she joked, chuckling softly as she ran a finger down the golden designs on the side of the blade. Her tone was jovial, but there was a sense of something else in her voice. Not quite wonder but for lack of a better word it would work. Maybe a bit of surprise as well. |
