As they had walked down the first corridor, he noticed the ever rise in magic and insanity. It felt good, like coming back to that homey scent after a long day in a small and crappy office. His fingers had began fiddling again, reacting to the increase in his power, he could feel his soul fluxurating a bit. He wondered wether or not his Soul Protect will hold out much longer, but he is begining to feel that there is not much need in hiding it from Gituku. The man seemed trustworthy, espacially after saying he enjoys working with them.

As he walked outside, into the courtyard, he looked up into the sky. The moon was not so yellow anymore, it had become a lighter silver. Its eyes had become darker, and the blood dripping from its mouth became laced with black. The mixture was so satisfying to see, he looked back down and saw its reflection in the water Gituku was drinking from. For a split second, he saw the moon being full, the three eyes of Kishin looked up at him, surronding the moon in a sort of halo, was his many arms/bandages, waving outwards, and finally a small smile under the eyes, with one single drop of black. The ripples then removed the picture, and showed him the normal moon once again.

Gituku had stood up, finishing his explanation, causing him to come out of the trance like state, Lucky he managed to remember the rough outlines of his reasons and it made him smile, to love someone...something he had been missing in his life. Sure he had those many one offs over his large life span, but he never got to close, knowing that they would die long before he will. He once again broke from his train of thought as they entered another dark corridor, the sound of chantign was gettign louder.

"Me? well, I'm a well travelled man, seen many things, and to get by in a busy world, you gotta know your contacts" He chuckled and ajusted his aviator hat slightly " Devlivering things to the witches, became normal, and its quite profitable, I' have managed to fight alongside them in many a battle"

He laughs as they approach a doorway, behind it the chanting is loudest and the magic is coming at them in tsunami like waves. He walked to the door and placed a hand on it, pushing it open slightly, as another rush of magic pushed through, even more so a rush of insanity. He couldn't take much more, soon he would have to break his Soul Protect, spread his wings, just to let out the punt up energy. He opened the door wider, the chants muting his voice as he looekd at Gituku and spoke

Soulo Soulo Proto

With that he pushed the door opened wider, and light flooded.....

"Me? well, I'm a well travelled man, seen many things, and to get by in a busy world, you gotta know your contacts. Delivering things to the witches, became normal, and its quite profitable, I' have managed to fight alongside them in many a battle"

Gituku nodded at Dais. Perhaps the shaman would be welcomed amongst the witch crowd by entering alongside an assumed ally. The two men walked from the fountain to the wooden double-doors opposite from where they entered. The dark skinned man shuddered, behavior very uncommon to Gituku, at the undulating waves of magic and insanity that flooded outward from what they moved to enter.

'Spirits grant me your wisdom and protection' he murmured silently.

The chanting was so loud now; they were undobutedly about to walk in on the Witch Mass. As intimidating as it was, the rhythmic drone of the witches' voices sounded so alluring to the shaman. It reminded him of tribal rituals that took place back when he still lived in the Dagaaban tribe of southern Ghana. Gituku tapped Chike against the ground in tandem with the rhythm. Dais seemed rather excited as he began to open the door for them to enter.

Gituku eyed his companion curiously and noticed Dais' lips mouth a few words. At the same time, the other male pushed the door open and allowed the light to pour through. Gituku shielded his eyes for a moment, while he felt a sudden powerful aura of energy emanate from Dais. It took a moment, but then the realization dawned on the shaman at the sudden turn of events. Abruptly, the chanting coming from the mass attendees ceased.

"Y-You! Are a witch as well?!" Gituku exclaimed in surprise. He could not quite come to grasp the fact that the person he had been chatting and walking with all this time was in fact a witch. What shocked him even more was that he had always been led to believe that all witches were women; and yet here Dais was, a man with powerful magic just like any of the female counterparts.

Speaking of witch, Gituku turned his head to glance inside the gathering space. A grimace quickly overtook his visage as the multitudes of witches had stopped their religious notions and were glaring angrily at him and Dais. The shaman could feel the level of magic power steadily increasing as the witches seemed all to eager to blow Gituku and his companion to smithereens.

'Fantabulous...' the man mentally groaned.

Gituku stepped forward, which in turn drew a tension from the angered witches closing in. He thumped a fist against his chest and knelt down, bowing his head.

"Please mistresses. Do not be alarmed. I come peacefully to ally myself with you and also to locate the love of my life. My name is Gituku P'aqo. Please forgive our foolish intrusion upon your mass"

Dais stood and stretched, his arms reaching out as far as possible, torso extending itself slightly. From his mouth cam a strange sound that sounded like a pleasurable groan, once he felt his muscles relax, he breathed out. In doing so, his soul suddenly appeared, the tip standing a full 6 foot above his head, and the cirumfrence itself was rather large. It colour was a sky blue, most of it was a simple sphere shape, however along the sides, 2 wings protruded. Not angelic wings or devil wings, but a pair of wings that seemed slightly chibi-ish. It showed 3 'tips' which extended along the side, nearly touching the ground. The 'top' of these wings kind of melded into the sphere about 3/4 the way up. Sitting on the top was a raised bump. On this bump was a pair of white oval eyes, and a beak extending out a bit. At Gituku and the witches point of view, it reminded one of a seagull.

"Ahhhaa, that feels, so..so.soohohohohooo goood"

He laughed a bit as he flexed his body a bit. He looked around and then suddenly noticed the surprised expression on the faces of his companion and the witches surronding them. His first thought was that these people must not know what sound you make when you have a really good stretch. Before he spoke however, his mind kicked into gear and reminded him that he had unsealed his powers, and his soul was up for show. With a lazy sigh, his soul disappered from view, just like it had suddenly appeared. He looked down at Gituku, and listened to his words. Then he turned and saw the witches were ignoring him, their eyes were full of hatred and wanted nothing more then to get rid of them. With a sigh Dais lifted both his hands, each either side of him, palms outstretched.

"Seagull Seagull Falcon Fal"

His voice echoed slightly as a sudden gust of wind surronded him. When it subsided, 2 sets of white and blue tipped feathers were surronding both wrists, in a turbine fashion. With a smile Dais looked at the witches.

"LISTEN TO HIM YOU OLD HAGS!"

With that shout the feathers around his wrists began spinning, faster and faster, the sound of the wind getting sucked into the back of the 2 'turbines' then being forced out as a massive gust, sending all the witches either side of his hands, sent spiralling back into the walls. When it had died down, Dais relaxed his arms, and the feathers disappred, everyone had a bemused look upon their faces and the witches were completely silent. He walked up and closed the door, then sat on the ground and rested his back agasint the cold metal. He nodded his head at Gituku

"Please continoue"

"Please continue."

...and SMACK!!!

Dais let out a pained noise as a golden staff was swung across his skull. Standing above the sitting man was a teenager wtih long white hair, streaked with candy-red, and tied into pigtails. The assailing staff was in her hand which, along with her other hand was perched upon her hips, her foot tapping rapidly along the ground.

"Just who do you think you are?" Momo yelled at the man who was clutching his head in pain. "You can't just barge into Hallowed Yards like that and attack witches!"

Several of the witches who Dais had knocked over had gotten up and were beginning to approach the two intruders again. Momo looked over her shoulder as they started to chant, creating offensive spells that could do some serious damage.

Momo sighed and twirled her wand. A wall of flaming hearts appeared, seperating the angry witches from Momo and the intruders.

She turned her eyes back to Gituku and Dais, her crescent-moon pupils morphing into hearts. She lowered her brows into a glare and pointed her wand at them.

"Now, tell me who you are and why the heck you intterupted the old hags mass?"

“Seagull Seagull Falcon Fal”

Gituku’s eyes widened at the sudden disturbance in spiritual energies. He cast a perturbed glance over his shoulder back at Dais. Just what was this fellow planning? Initiating some sort of conflict when they were clearly outnumbered and even Gituku himself would be overwhelmed. The feathers moving around his companion’s wrists only gave rise to more concern about his actions. The dark skinned man did not come seeking a battle. He came to find information on Zellie.

“LISTEN TO HIM YOU OLD HAGS!” Dais had shouted. The feather turbines had begun to spin faster and faster until a massive gust erupted forth and at the witches. Gituku threw his arms up to shield his face against the wind and any debris that was kicked up, thankfully he was crouched down as well which helped some. Clearly his companion wasn’t exactly the brightest in the bunch, even if he was a male witch.

Gituku looked up from his arms and guffawed at the situation. What dishonorable behavior. Some of the witches had been blown askew around the courtyard, the others were either amused or even angrier. Dais seemed nonchalant as he closed the door, sat down, and nodded to the shaman. “Please continue”

A sudden flash of gold, white, and red caught the shaman’s eye. He turned his head just in time to witness Dais getting whacked across the head with a golden staff. The resounding ‘smack’ caused even Gituku to cringe and thank the spirits it wasn’t him being hit. Quietly, the tribal man studied the young girl who was considerably yelling at his male witch companion.

“Just who do you think you are? You can’t just barge into the Hallowed Yards like that and attack witches!” This was a true fact. Their relationship status of allies was probably very small right now. A frown crossed Gituku’s expression as he noticed the other witches nearing, and preparing to attack. ‘Spirits help me…’ he groaned mentally.

The young girl turned around to throw up a heart-barrier between the female magic users and the three of them. Gituku exhaled a sigh of relief and smiled at the young woman as he rose to his feet. The girl jabbed her wand offensively at him and Dais in a threatening motion. “Now, tell me who you are and why the heck you interrupted the old hags mass?”

Gituku looked down at Dais clutching at his head and gave off a throaty laugh. “Hohoho! Milady, quite a way to teach my companion, Dais, here a lesson. I don’t know what brought all that about. I’m terribly sorry” he stated apologetically while thumping Dais on the back, more so grabbing him by the back of the neck and hoisting him to his feet.

“Did you really need to attack them?! That was by far foolish. We are outnumbered at least ten to one” he whispered to his companion. He glanced over at the white and red haired girl who was tapping her foot impatiently still, hands on her hips.

“Oh! Oh yes, of course” , Gituku stated with a bow, “My name is Gituku P’aqo. I am a shaman hailing from the Dagaaban tribe. I have come here in search of information on a fellow witch whom I have fallen in love with. Perhaps you might know of her? Her name is Zellie, she is a gazelle witch” The shaman righted himself and thumped his chest with a smile.

“I do sincerely apologize for this rude intrusion and my companion’s dishonorable actions. Please forgive us” he said. He turned to Dais and gave a glare that would practically force Dais to apologize as well. Right? Dais?”

He felt proud of himself that he caused them all to shut up, a moment of male superiority in a female ruled world. With his eyes closed, he could just imagine them grovelling at his feet, asking for his forgiveness. Gituku in his polite fashion, marvelling at his handy work and also praising him. A smile on his lips grew, and just as soon as he was to open his eyes, a sudden pain shook his skull to the core. A loud metal ringing sound could be heard, accompanied by a loss of vision, touch, smell and taste. Dais literally crumpled where he lay, his body looking like it was still alive, but the train operator was nowhere to be found.

The sound of cackling witches could be heard around the courtyard, as well as a couple of 'That must have huuurt' for good measure. The female witch was standing above, talking down at him, he wanted to reply, however all he could do was listen, which was getting rather annoying. Gituku himself began blabbing on about how rude Dais was and apologising for both of them, yet picking up Dais's body would have felt heavy as he was like a corpse. Even though he was being man handled, and knew that soon he will be woken by a sharp pain, Dais found the funny side in all of this. His companion was trying to get on the good side of a female witch by using Dais as a puppet. The idea of seeing him on strings caused him to laugh in his mind, which was then heard outside.

“Right? Dais?”

That was when he began laughing hard, his sense of touch came back, his sight was blurry but returning, even the taste of blood in his mouth was refreshing. Lifting his arm up he pulled Gituku's hand of his neck and stood on his own 2 feet, mouth wide open and laughing in the face of the female witch. He took a step back and felt his back press against the hard wood, his skin rubbing up against the chipped surface. Then just as suddenly as he started laughing he stopped, but his hands were still twitching, small blue bolts that looked like electricity were jumping around them. Dais raised his head, the sound of his bones cracking the air bubbles that formed, tilting it slightly so his face looked very strange.

"You know, I haven't been hit like that in over 200 years....or was it yesterday? Maybe I've been hit like that all my life? Who knows?"
Dais then moved quickly, and was behind the female witch before they knew it, his hand rubbing up against the magic, feeling it slightly burn his fingers.

"Interesting this...don't you think? I mean hearts have a continuous beat that spans onwards, protected by a rib cage. So fragile, it is annoying that life can be taken away so easily"

He cracked his fingers, more blue bolts jumped around, the outline of Dais's body was beginning to glow blue. His eyes began to look more crazed, he didn't mean to be like this, but it had been soo long since he felt this kind of wavelength. Over 300 years, missing that perfect and brilliant spark that made him such a murderer. He then began pushing his hand harder at the shield smiling at the feeling of the burning on his finger tips.

"But you know what I hate the most right this minute?"
He twisted his head again, and out stretched his arms

"Allehahahahah, all theheheh..this InSaNiTy, andahahaha, NO ROOM TO MOVE AROUND IN!"
He said in a hysterical, and excited tone, whilst he shouted as loud as he could, a chant, pulling his hands towards his chest.

"Eagle Eagle Falco Fal Eagle Eagrto"

With the final word, he pulled out 2 large feather fans, laughing all the while.

"Shall we have some fun?

“My name is Gituku P’aqo. I am a shaman hailing from the Dagaaban tribe. I have come here in search of information on a fellow witch whom I have fallen in love with. Perhaps you might know of her? Her name is Zellie, she is a gazelle witch”

Momo tilted her head, hearing the shaman guy out. He attempted to get the bird boy to apologize to her and the old ladies currently trapped behind her flaming heart wall, but it seemed as if the male witch was a few fries short of a McDeath Meal and wasn't really responding to the darker man's pleas.

“I do sincerely apologize for this rude intrusion and my companion’s dishonorable actions. Please forgive us” Gituku said. He turned to Dais and gave a glare that would practically force Dais to apologize as well. “Right? Dais?”

Shaking her head Momo let out a sigh. "Yeah, whatever, it's not like I was really participating in the mass or anything," she said twirling her wand like a baton. "As for your girlfriend, I haven't heard of her, sorry."

After that, it turned odd...odd even for Momo. Dais began laughing, and not the 'heehee' chuckles, but full on 'muhahaha' insanity laugh. Raising an thin eyebrow at the display of nutso coming from the man she stopped twirling her wand and held it tightly at her side.

"Eagle Eagle Falco Fal Eagle Eagrto"

What the heck is he doing? she thought as Dais pulled out two huge fans.

"Shall we have some fun?"

Then it clicked. "You want to fight???" Momo looked at the male witch as if he had three heads. Turning to Gituku she had the same look on her face. "He really has no idea on how to give first impressions....does he?"

Twirling her wand once more, three puffs of pink smoke burst in the air above Momo's head and three cupids, armed with heart-shaped arrows, hovered above her.

"Well, this is my turf, Bird-brain. And if you're going to attack me for no reason, then prepare to get your butt whooped."

Swinging her wand in an arc, the wall of flaming hearts flew from their stationary position straight at Dais.
