He lives right across the street from me and is operating a large commercial roll off dumpster business with semi trucks going in and out all day long picking up and dropping off 20 cubic yard dumpsters! It starts at 5:30 am and continues all day until 8 pm. It is zoned residential. He has a 500 gallon diesel fuel tank - above ground - to fuel his semis that go in and out about 50 yards from my front door. He has mattresses, old tires, porpane tanks and other trash in open view from my house as he's also running a transfer station for the trash that accumulates in these dumpsters which includes asbestos insulation taken from buildings from his Restoration Business which he ALSO runs from his residential property.

It is OBVIOUSLY NOT the place that you are thinking of - and are you saying that you know where I live?

Oh and before you tell me that I should have known that before I moved in...........I moved here in 1998 and he built his home and commercial business very quietly starting in 2002.
Thanks for the update DL. Sounds like the dumpster thing would be something that should operate from commercial zones. There are a few places for both sale and lease on the 285 that are commercial.
Now if you were in Houston you would be up the creek. They have no zoning. So you could put a hog farm in a Cherry Hills neighborhood.

That stinks Daisy. I'd hate to have trash trucks running up and down my streets all day. The giant diesel tank sounds alarming too.

Those tanks are legal and usually loaned or sold by the fuel company that delivers the fuel. That road isn't big enough to deal with truck traffic.
