Both political parties are so desparate to win that they will sell their platforms to any willing participant. The democrats have sold out their platforms to: unions, homosexuals, and more unions, global warming venture capitalist, and Marxian socialists.

If Republicans will hold true to fiscal conservative issues they will be able to ride the Democraps out of office in 18 months. The problem is that the Democraps will confuse the fiscal conservative messages of the Republicans with social issues. These social issues have no business at the federal government level, as they are state issues. The homosexuals, abortionist, and socialist enjoy trying to destroy the our country for their ventures of immorality and control.

LOL RT! Neither party is going to embrace fiscal conservatism. They have to pay off their campaign donors. That means they have to invite them to belly up to the bar for no-bid contracts.

Exactly my point....until the people get angry and start supporting a party who upholds the Constitution instead of political special interest campaign donors then we will see fiscal conservatism. I believe that a political party could win on one platform - flat tax, balance budget, and less government. Ignore the noise regarding social issues.....

I prefer our un-moderated board... I would vote no on any banning..
Me too..The board is just fine..DB is doing a great job - Sometimes I exaggerate arrogance because it bothers people but there is nothing so arrogant as a person who thinks they will decide what opinions we will see and what opinions we won't..It's disgusting and it seems that all mods develop that god complex..DB doesn't and I think she's great..

On the night of the school hostage/shooting I posted a long post on Club285..I had 3 kids in the school and spent 5 hours at the fire station hearing and thinking the very worst..The post was promptly deleted..Kathy said it was too sensitive a subject .."too close to home" WTF!? Too close to home? Why are we here? 20 years from now someones gonna go back and look at the posts that day and see nothing but hummingbird pictures and mindless chit chat..Thats insane..I want a realistic snap shot of the day...not an olan mills staged photograph

Sheesh. I was thinking this is more interesting than cleaning the bathroom - I've changed my mind.

And at least the bathroom is looking better!
Yeah, I thought so. A hollow gum runner

Hi, Ellenkat - LTNS!

Hehe, don't worry about your timing, this board is not for the faint of heart, or weak of stomach

But, it can be fun anyway.

Bummer EllenKat. We're in a bit of an uproar right now. (though in truth we usually are). We're enjoying a skirmish between those who want a civil board and those who prefer a good bar fight. It's hard to tell which way it will go, or if it will just disintegrate under the strain. Let me explain ourselves. We're totally unmoderated. I did this in the hopes that when you treat people like grown ups, they act like grown ups. I was wrong. But we have fun anyway.
