I vote go because no matter how you address him or expalin his offensive behavior, he just can't get it.

Go - he posts only to offend and insult.

As one last plea to him to tone it down and be considerate of the other users on the forum, I am going to vote stay. He has made some good posts, and I'm trying to follow Becky's nearly always optimistic point of view that he can become an asset to the forum, rather than the ass he has frequently been.

I can't be objective about MM......for some reason he singled me out to vent his anger and vitriol on....using my husbands cancer diagnosis against me and wishing me if not dead, at least very sick. That kind of mind I have no compassion for, and no understanding of. I won't vote here for that reason.....the man has no redeeming value as far as I am concerned....he has never apologised to me...or at least to my husband through me. It is so totally beyond my belief that anyone could treat a stranger so cruelly.....please don't say this is just a message board, get over it......I shared something personal and he took that knowledge and hurt me with it. Unforgivable as far as I am concerned.

That is exactly why you should vote. Nobody is objective. Everybody has their own filter.

It's a shame. I think if he wanted to MainMan could be funny and insightful. Instead he seems determined to be belligerent and insulting. I don't know why some people find bomb throwing so amusing, but I think he actually damages the forum. Would a probation period to see if he could adapt be considered? I hate to toss anyone out, it seems to defeat the purpose.

I hate to see anyone thrown out also but I also hate to see this forum destroyed by one persons actions.

On the other hand, when you have a cancer you remove it so the rest can survive... You don't sit around vainly waiting for the cancer to change its ways and "make nice."

Funny, I have seen nothing but the exact same type of behavior out of Ladyjazzer that Mainman has displayed. I think we need one more poll.
