Some of the street dogs are pretty amazing. They belong to no one, yet they fair really well here. Everyone feeds them, takes them to vets and they just wander around making their rounds everyday. I notice they aren't into affection, just food and sleeping in a spot of shade. |

Exactly...Exactly what I was thinking...And you know I'm not easily impressed...I even mentioned it to my wife later that night..."Did you see that dog?" and she knew what I was talking about. Edited by Manna Pro, Apr 11 2009, 11:56 AM.

Many times you will walk down the street here and there is a dog sprawled out on the sidewalk. He is so deeply asleep he looks dead. You have to walk around him, into the street to get by. He doesn't even notice the people and no one makes him move and I mean no one. LOL |

Mexicans invented the Siesta too. I'll give them 10 points for that invention. |

Yeah, it is a pretty good deal, in a way. I prefer our workday and it seems unless you work in the fields, a lot of Mexicans are giving it up. |

Actually most cultures in the equatorial zone practice siestas, then work into the night. |

I like it....too bad our government has us in debt that we would get taxes on the siesta. |
