I'm getting pre approved 0% interest Balance transfer credit card offers again in the mail. Got two today. Haven't seen one in 4 months.

Good job Obama!

I think things are turning around, too.

I am getting reports that people (investors) are buying up foreclosures all over including by not limited to Denver, San Jose and Las Vegas. Plus, my phone is ringing again with people that want to rent for a vacation.\

You can see signs of recovery in the small things. IF you snooze, you loose..... see, when things just start turning is the time to jump on deals..... they are all over if you look. Case in point - places here that rent for $225 a night are being offered at $75 a night - it is a steal.

It will be kind of sad to see this Bush depression end because I'm loving these deals.

I know - just keep you eyes focused on the future when you are sitting at a closing table selling.......

I should start a George Bush depression deals thread. Food prices are coming down. I saw 5 nice pieces of Wild Salmon for $8.99 and $6.99 butterball turkeys at King Soopers yesterday.

Hunting turkey in the morning..

and I have never seen a fall off in our livelyhood.,, knock on wood.

But yes housing sales are up between 125K and 250K

I am optimistic all the time, so I really hope things are turning around soon.
I know that here in CO it ain't as bad as other states even the biased media states that. I have made more in the last month than any other in the last year sooooo,,, I base my hopes on this month Yippee

That is good news, Mtnman. I am happy for ya. Things are slow for me, but summers always are. But, I took reservations yesterday for the entire month of February 2010 and for 2 weeks at Christmas - all full rate, no discount. I am also seeing reservation requests (lookie lous) picking up considerable, which is a great sign. A few months ago, people weren't even looking......

People with money are starting to spend it again which will help all sectors.
