Will schools every get enough funding or is it a black hole?

It seems like everyday we hear how schools are underfunding. Then we give them more money and then get the same crappy results. Is public education a black hole?

Like everything else- administrators. Most of that money doesn't get within 10 miles of a student.

well in PC walpole supposedly got a ton of money donated for the school and the pool. however haven't seen the outcome except maybe he took more vacation time.... Hmmmm
