Crime of Passion not a Hate Crime

DENVER -- The first hate-crime case to involve a transgender murder starts in one week in Weld County, and the victim's family will be featured in full-paged advertisements in newspapers nationwide Wednesday.

The goal of the ad is to raise awareness about the crime and push for the passage of federal hate crime legislation.

Allen Andrade is accused of killing Angie Zapata (born Justin Zapata) in her Greeley apartment last year, after he discovered she was still biologically male.

Andrade now faces multiple charges, including a state hate-crime charge.

Federal law currently does not cover hate crimes based on sexual orientation or gender identity, and gay-rights activists are pushing to have new legislation passed.

"What you're doing is setting policy that this type of behavior is no longer acceptable," said Carlos Martinez, with the GLBT Community Center of Colorado. "I think you start changing the mindset of people and over time, you definitely will see a reduction in hate crimes."

I find it very interesting that the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation is running the advertising campaign. Again, it's an attempt to call a lie a truth and the truth a lie.

In this article, there was no mention how the two individuals were about to have sex and all of sudden the killer realized that what he thought was a woman was actually man. This is a fraud and not hate crime or defamation. It's was a fraud by a transgender person. The transgender person didn't deserve death but if he/she had lived certainly deserved to be sued in civil court for defrauding this male. I wonder how many dollars he/she extorted from him?

I will be interesting to watch how this story will evolve from a crime of passion killing to a hate crime killing. I bet this gay organization has the national media lined up for the court trail. This is how stupid the homosexual political agenda has gotten - calling something false a truth.

Okay. This one hits way too close to home for me to just stay silent about it. RT, for whatever it's worth, I promise I'm doing my best to not be angry and hateful at you. But it's really fucking hard.

Let me explain to anyone reading this what makes a hate crime different from other crimes. The target of a hate crime is not ONLY the victim, but the entire group to which the victim belongs. To target a person for being of a certain race, ethnicity, sex, gender, religion, or whatever group is sending a message to the living members of that group that it is not okay for them to be that way. I am not opposed to people hating other people for whatever fucking reason, but I AM opposed to people using that hatred as an excuse or justification for patently wrong behavior. It is just as wrong for a gay person to kill a straight person FOR BEING straight as it is the other way around. Seriously. Not fucking with you, not looking to make exceptions or special rules.

I will defend your right to hate whomever you want, RT, but I draw the line at justifying murder. You're a degenerate motherfucking piece of lowlife shit if you really believe that this victim in any way deserved what she got. I hope for your sake and the sake of all of us in this world that you and others like you grow a fucking soul. Fuck this, man. And fuck you, too. This is exactly why I stay away from this fucking board. I should have listened to my better judgment this morning and stayed the fuck away.

F**K Take a chill pill Y, and a deep bearth before ya read my post...

Feeling better, B.P. gone down a bit?

Now?

I'm sorry, but KILL ANYBODY, for ANY REASON, means the Death Penalty, or Death Row, (for the backwards states). At this point does it matter if it “just” a murder or a “hate crime”? The victim is dead, Period! Let God judge them.
I go back to my 3 appeals rule, with today’s science (Yes, I believe in Christ & science, I must be evil), DNA and such there is NO reason to KEEP some waste of money & air on Death Row. 3 strikes and then they ride the IV train, hanging, shooting whatever PERIOD! And I think that the survivor’s of the victim should be Allowed to decide what why they go…

Great vocabulary! I get the point...you've either got the hots for me or you are display absolute HATE from me! Love ya too! :swing:

Now back to my post. I DID NOT justify the murder of this GUY (he's not a she as he still had his little wee wee). I said that HE/SHE frauded the guy and certainly the guy would have had grounds for a civil law suit as he was FRAUDED by the HE/SHE. I didn't say that he gave him the right to MURDER him/her.

My other point - is that the Gay Lesbian Alliance of Defaming Truth is going to do a nationwide advertising saying this was a hate crime. All murders are hateful! The law is clear. EXCEPT the homosexual political agenda DESIRES special class laws. To have an homosexual organization to run advertising that this crime was a HATE crime is a lie on it's on accord. The guy killed the he/she because was fraud as he thought he was going to have sex with a woman - but as he moved his hand down to the private area he discovered a male SEX organ under the dress. Whoa! A shocker for anyone. His reaction of killing he/she is not condone - but it was not a transgender hate crime. People kill other people everyday because they discover the TRUTH in a situation. So should we have Cheating Wife/Husband Hate Crime Protections, CEO/President Hate Crime Protections, Banker Hate Crime Protection, Borrower Hate Crime Protections? Absolutely not! We don't need them...everyone is subject to the law.

Here's an outright disgusting hate crime....where's the national advertising campaign to root out evil from AARP members who HATE pre-teen young girls? Where's f'ing outrage from the LEFT! There is none because you F'in morons only want Americans to celebrate your f'in deviant behaviors!

PUEBLO, Colo. -- Prosecutors have filed additional charges against a Pueblo West man accused of raping and killing his 14-year-old neighbor.

Sixty-four-year-old Paul Wayne Stark was arrested last week in the March 29 strangulation death of Ashley Patterson.

The girl's partially nude body was found inside a trash bag in a field near her home. Her hands were tied behind her back, and another plastic bag was over her head. Her feet were sticking out of the bag. Investigators found one of her tennis shoes underneath Stark's bed and the other in a Dumpster nearby.

Tire tracks in the muddy field led from Patterson's body to Stark's home, according to the affidavit.

Patterson disappeared while rock hunting in a field near her home.

Prosecutors on Monday filed new felony charges against Stark: child abuse resulting in death and two counts of sexual assault on a child. He also faces two counts of first-degree murder.

Stark is being held at Pueblo County jail on $1 million bail. An affidavit stated he denied the allegations and told investigators he didn't see Ashley the day she disappeared.

Police said Stark is a retiree and did not have a criminal record prior to his arrest in the case

It is murder and a HATE CRIME...

He grabbed Zapata's crotch area, felt male genitalia and became angry, the affidavit states. He took a fire extinguisher off a shelf and struck Zapata twice in the head, telling investigators he thought he "killed it."

" IT" Was a person.. he did not say I thought I killed HIM OR HER he says IT

According to the newspaper, Zapata called his girlfriend while in jail and said he was out of control and out of his mind.

The calls were laced with derogatory remarks about homosexuals, and when Andrade's girlfriend said that her cell phone was dying, he said that was "gay" and "gay things need to die," the Greeley Tribune reported

Sounds like a hate crime to me... And to the police and DA

This crime is about Some one who gets off on control... rape is not about sex or hate it is about Control and power over another human being.. Strangulation is also about Power and Control.
