If there is one thing I will never miss it is July in Phx. And to think people move there without a judge telling them they have to  Nov-Feb is the best.

The biggest MORON in my building just screamed at one of the other owners yesterday that he has had it with all of us and has bought a $325,000 (like WHO cares?) condo in Phx and he is moving there to where people are sane.... He spends one summer there and he will be begging our forgiveness..... hehehehe - but it's a dry heat - yeah - well 120 in the shade is a bitch - dry or not.

Phoenix roads are just one big demolition derby.....totally insane out there.

gringa...you might tell the MORON that sanity has never been, nor is it now, in abundance in this town....

We had planned to be out of here by mid April...but my DIL decided to come down for 2 weeks in April with the grandkids...that will be worth staying for.

Most of our neighbors are year-rounders, they give me the dry-heat excuse all the time, then admit they rarely, if ever, go out in the summer. When I ask about elec bills for the air conditioning they roll their eyes and refuse to answer. The only neighbors who will head home for the summer like us are from Denver. Maybe it's a case of what you get to go back to.
