nope....do you never read what I post?....I'm against ALL the bailouts and stimulous packages.....but I won't get what I want, pandora's box has already been opened.

If huge amounts of money are going to be spent.....
Listen...Don't fall into this language trap. The government pumps hundreds of billion dollars into our economy every year and has done so every year since the great depression. Republicans invest it in war production and democrats invest it in us. Thats as old as dirt. EVERY YEAR THERES A STIMULUS PACKAGE FOR WEAPONS MAKERS!!! We elected democrats so we could shift where our money is being invested. At least thats why I voted for him anyway. I could'nt care less about him being a great speaker or a charismatic figure....Why would anybody in America be opposed to this stimulus package is beyond me. And furthermore do you know how much we spend on defense!? You don't think President Obama is gonna take the money from there? Of course he is because what we spend on defense is more that the rest of the world combined spends on it. It's ridiculous. The President cannot sell this "stimulus package" by saying he's going to end the ridiculous war on drugs and by chopping our bloated defense budget, but obviously thats the plan. Talk about the TARP money, talk about the 10 billion dollars a week in Iraq, but lets not pick apart reletively small amounts of money that is finally coming our way..
I nominate this as post of the year........

Oh thanks Gringa..I just thought it up. Even the democrats in the supposid liberal media are pointing out pork (?) in the package. It's all pork! Thats the point. If they just dumped billions of dollars out of airplanes on America it would stimulate the economy more than building soon to be obsolete 120 million dollar tanks and billion dollar bombers.

Socialism refers to a broad set of economic theories of social organization advocating state or collective ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods, and a society characterized by equal opportunities for all individuals with a fair or egalitarian method of compensation.

Karl Marx posited that socialism would be achieved via class struggle and a proletarian revolution and would represent the transitional stage between capitalism and communism.[3][4]

Quote:

No socialist system can be established without a political police. They would have to fall back on some form of Gestapo, no doubt very humanely directed in the first instance.
Winston Churchill
